Kim is an outstanding realtor from start to finish! She is one of the busiest realtors in the city BUT never fails to respond and is always there for any questions and needs! She never put us under the pressure of anything when we should sell the house in spite of how crazy low house inventories are in the market this year. Her MARKETING STYLE is PHENOMENAL from photographs, video showcases, drone vids, & MLS descriptions. She covers all the items that need to be marketed and transparent to any sorts. She is open to correction (as she made us aware from the beginning), professional, knowledgeable, honest, open, and works hard! She worked well under the pressure as we have had 10+ booked showing after she listed our home in MLS - that was an extremely unforgettable night when my phone kept buzzing with requests for showing after our house was listed within 15mins! this is our 2nd time dealing with a realtor to sell and by far KIM HARDIE is the BEST!!! Our first realtor experience left us in limbo - communicated less and thereafter we closed the deal went off for holidays without letting us know ahead of time, put us under a lot of pressure and wanted to work for the other realtor and buyer so be aware of that!
