Kim was great, I needed a change and one night I just decided to sell my house. I gave Kim a call and she came over on a long weekend and got the ball rolling. I appreciated how professional Kim was in handling three widely different sales. One was a house that was due to be demolished due to its age in a working class neighbourhood. Another was a condo not far from Circle drive, and the third was a 12 unit apartment building close to 8th Street. In fact Kim had to upgrade her qualifications to her Real Estate License to be eligible to handle the commercial property, which she did promptly. She was able to handle all of the complications and ups and downs with all three properties and was able to give valuable advice in the negotiations which involved many tough decisions. I am glad that I hired her to handle these properties and in the near future I'll be hiring her again to sell three more properties. Well done, Kim!
