We used Kim’s help to purchase a house last fall, she was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to guide us along. So much so that we recommended her to my grandparents for their purchase this summer. An elderly couple with both visual and mobility impairment. Kim was quickly able to gauge the situation, and proceeded to go and pre view houses, eliminating some that would not fit their needs, and then sending us video clips of the homes that were suitable as per the very stringent criteria’s my grandparents had set. As a result of her hard work, they were quickly able to find the perfect house, without being over exhausted. We’ve worked with different agents along the way throughout your lives, and I can honestly say I’ve never seen anyone go so far out of their way to accommodate someone. She is without a doubt in our minds the best agent a person could work with. Even now, we feel as though she is constantly keeping us in mind whenever a new house that matches our dream house comes up she’s quick to let us know. Never any pressure, never feel rushed, never feel used. We can’t wait to work Kim again!
