Kim was amazing, she kept in contact with us about new and up coming listings, worked with us and listened to what we wanted in a home and had patience as we looked at multiple places. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing us different types of plumbing, building techniques and updates that had been done to the houses we looked at.

We love working with Kimberly. We have sold 2 houses with her now and bought a house and a bare acreage through her. She is professional and my favourite thing, she isn’t pushy. She doesn’t push you to sell or buy but is ready and helpful when you are ready. She isn’t afraid to point out things and will make sure to give her great tips of advice to you.
