We both sold and purchased with Kim. She was amazing start to finish and helped us navigate a difficult buyer. She was further able to pull off what I would describe as a real estate miracle and got us our dream home. Kim was always available to answer our millions of questions and phone calls. Kim worked unbelievably hard to sell our property and to get us our dream home. I highly recommend Kim. Thank you Kim for everything you did for us to remove the stress out of buying and selling.

We actually sold once and bought twice with Kim as our agent, within a short period of time. Purchasing was easy and seamless as we finally found something that we were happy with. Selling was a little more stressful experience as the time of year was not the best. Kim went out of her way to hold open houses even though there sometimes wasn't much traffic or activity.

While looking at properties, Kim got a good idea of what we were looking for. Followed up shortly thereafter with one we liked, and purchased. Referred us to a broker and we closed the deal quickly. Will definitely use Kim's services again and would refer to friends.

Kim is so easy to work with and very friendly. I appreciate her dedication and drive to find the best home fit for my family. Her communication and negotiation skills are exceptional. She is hardworking, cannot recommend her enough!

Kim is the best. We worked with her a couple years ago and returned to her when we recently decided to pick up another property. She always emails us back right away, including when we inquire about past listings for comparables. We have the information we need on a property before going so I don’t waste my time viewing something I’m not interested in. It’s always nice to see her and she’s easy to get along with. If she doesn’t have an answer, she finds out and gets back to us after checking with different professionals she has strong connections with. I have quite a bit of experience with trades and I appreciate her honesty and resourcefulness. She gets the job done efficiently and effectively.
