We had many moves over the years. Some were good and some were not so good. This move with Kim was by far the best move we ever made. She was very attentive to our ideas and requests. She never belittled our ideas even when they were a bit strange. She was always ready with explanations to things we didn't understand. We wish she could have handled our purchase as well (different town) A very personable realtor but with a professional aura - great combination. We like to think of her as a friend.

Kim was super helpful and knowledgeable, she was willing to go the extra mile without jeopardizing the sale. She gave us insights on how to put our best offer forward without overpaying, and it worked wonders!
