It was the first home that I was purchasing and Keyah went over and above to make me feel comfortable throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, informative and very thorough as we looked at various properties. I would strongly suggest using Keyah for anyone looking for a real estate agent. Couldn't have been happier.

Keyah was always on time, made efficient use of time, showed me great units, was very professional and overall a pleasure to work with. He ended up finding me my dream loft downtown Toronto!! Definitely a 5 star rating and would strongly recommend Keyah to anybody in the market.

Keyah was extremely helpful and fun to work with throughout the entire process. He was consistently on time and was able to book in a bunch of showings in the area we liked so we could navigate all our options. Keyah pulled through in finding us the most perfect unit in the building we wanted AND most importantly, it was within our budget. We are so happy to have found this condo, it is beyond what we expected to find.

We did loads of research with Keyah, showing us value and different areas which lead us to go into buying situations with confidence & a comfort level that we needed as a first-time homebuyer. We were debating between two different units to put an offer in on and Keyahs' knowledge & skill helped us decide on the right unit for us, while the other unit sold for 100k more than what we had bought ours too. His professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch & I would reccomend him to anyone.</p>

Keyah was phenomenal in assisting me and my fiancee with buying our first home. I had a good understanding of what I wanted but Keyah made it a reality. Within a 2 week search window we had narrowed our approach and zoned in on units that me and my partner loved. He made it clear from the start with what we should expect in the home buying process. Seeing the units he presented, I know he had our best interests in mind. One thing I will say is we had dealt with 2 agents prior to Keyah, neither of which brought the energy and transparency that he did. I could tell that even through the negotiation process he always supported our decisions even if meant losing a sale. Even though we only had 2 offer nights, he made sure that we did not put in an offer that was over priced or over market value. I can honestly say his negotiation skills are why I am moving into a new home in the coming months.
