I first met Keyah back in 2019 when I first started looking for my first home. As a new buyer, I was very anxious of buying, and helped put me at ease, and explained the entire process, worked with me on different pockets of the city, was always very patient and responsive when I had questions. He helped me close on an amazing property that was a brand new, assignment sale and helped me navigate the challenges that came along with assignment sales, even helping to negotiate a small deposit and remaining balances on closing which is almost unheard of. I loved my experience working with Keyah, and when I was getting ready to sell, the first person that I called was him. He helped do everything I needed to sell, and helped me get it on the market in less than 2 weeks after calling him. He was able to help me close in less than 8 days, and over 35% return in 3 years on a place he had helped me find a few years earlier. I'm so glad that I got the opportunity to meet, and work with Keyah and I have referred friends to him when they're trying to find a realtor. As well, I have sent links from his Instagram account where he shares a ton of useful information about the Toronto real estate market.
