A great realtor also takes the time to not overlook the details, especially those that you might not be aware of or thought of; they are honest and upfront about the positive points but also make sure to bring attention to areas of potential concern. Kevin most definitely fit the definition of a great realtor. We worked together with him in both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of what he knew would be our forever home. He took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for, made helpful suggestions and offered valuable advice.
