After a change in personal circumstances, my house hunt changed from multi million dollar inner city listings to town houses and detached homes in the suburbs; Kevin was easily able to adapt to the new search criteria and remained more than happy to help. As a first time home buyer, Kevin was incredibly supportive and ensured that it was a seamless process. Kevin was referred to me by an out of province realtor and I could not have been happier with him as my agent. I will whole heartedly, and without question, recommend Kevin to anyone in the Calgary area.

Kevin is a true professional and handled both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home with ease. At least he made it look easy. Prior to selling, we went through our home, with his lovely partner, and made plans as to how to stage and set the home up to sell. We took all the advice they offered! The photographs and brochure layout were the best I have ever seen and I believe contributed to us getting so many viewings in the first couple of days. It was exhausting to have so many showings so quickly! We received an offer in the first week, which was incredible in the market we were selling in. Kevin negotiated on our behalf and was able to make our home one of the highest selling in our area in the past year. We were thrilled. Upon purchasing our new home, Kevin saved us tens of thousands of dollars by suggesting a proper inspection of the sewer line (which, as it turned out was collapsed). He also pulled documents regarding restrictive convenants that I did not know even existed. Having this knowledge has turned out to be critical for our renovation plan. I would recommend Kevin to my closest friends and have faith that he is not only honest and reliable, but places the needs and wants of his customers above his own desire for a sale. His is easy to work with, reliable, a true and educated professional, and genuinely a good person. Thanks Kevin for making this experience, which can be stressful, so wonderful!

Kevin knew every intricate detail about the home purchased, did not pressure us at all, was available at all times to answer any questions we had, and met with us at the property we purchased numerous times.
