I would recommend Kevin Thomsen to anyone buying or selling a home in the Red Deer / Blackfalds area. Kevin came to our first meeting with multiple comparable listing. He discussed what he felt was a reasonable listing price based on market conditions including the effects of Covid 19. He vied my house and gave me feedback on staging and prep work required in order to impress potential buyers on their initial viewing. Due to Covid 19, a virtual open house was created in order to have as many people view my house as possible. This aloud buyers to determine if they interested without entering my home. If potential buyers were interested, a showing was set up. I received my first offer 2 days after the first showings. Kevin negotiated a price we had agreed upon at the time of listing. I couldn’t be happier. Kevin sold my house in Red Deer as well. That house sold one hour after the open house for more than the list price. I think the successful sale of both houses was due to Kevin’s market knowledge as well as the time he puts in upfront to ensure that the houses were prepped to impress potential buyers.

Kevin helped me sell 2 of my homes. One was my own residents and the other one was my revenue property. Kevin gave me suggestions on how to get my home ready to sell and was honest with me on where I should spend the money to fix it up and where not to spend the money. Kevin always looked out for my best interest and he worked hard at getting me the top dollar on both properties. I found Kevin to be very honest and I would highly recommend him.
