Kevin has also been very far to deal with. I have sold my own home through Kevin and as a home builder we have had Kevin sell a good portion of our builds. He always shares what is happening in the market, what was going on during the negotiations. He always has a good feel on what the other Realtor and their client is thinking. I think he has the ability to pick up ques from them and let us know whether we could still counter. Kevin was always willing to listen to what our concerns were and make any necessary changes to the listing. He never gets upset when the other Realtor criticizes the home, basically do you want to make an offer or not. If I was selling my existing home we would definitely us Kevin again. He would be our number 1 choice

As I was not aware of the market conditions in Red Deer, Kevin was great in educating myself and helping me make informed choices around the listing. We had an amazing experience dealing with Kevin. He was very very knowledgeable and helped make the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home very easy and hassle free. Kevin made a professional video of our acreage and house which helped sell the house. Kevin is an excellent realator and we would definitely use Kevin again. I could write allot more about how great Kevin was to deal with but i will let you see for yourself when you get him as a realtor.
