Kevin was very patient helping our son through the process of buying his first house. He was never pushy and went above and beyond at every stage. He even went as far as helping him find a place to store his things until he took possession of his place due to a timing issue. I feel confident that Kevin had his best interests at heart and took the time to answer all of our many questions. And we had many questions being we were out of province and it was our son's first place. We were also unfamiliar with how strata fees, guidelines, etc work for a condo purchase, and he helped us understand them. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend Kevin to anyone. He put the needs of our son above his own at every stage of the deal. If we ever buy in Kelowna again we would definitely use Kevin.

Kevin was fantastic as far as constently being informed of the market and pointing out many different possiblities for my needs. He was not pushy at any stage and seemed to be very honest and u understanding regarding looking after my interest.
