Kevin was an outstanding agent and helped us secure our first home with ease! He went out of his way to set up a last minute meeting with my wife and I to discuss our wants and needs; immediately after our initial meeting we started receiving emails from him house visits that we were to make in the next few days. This was crucial since the property we had our eyes on was our 'love at first site' moment and there were several competing offers. With stress levels at an all-time high, Kevin helped set us up for success and we were able to land our dream home! Highly recommended, if not to help you buy/sell your house, then to go have a beer and some laughs.
