Kevin is an outstanding realtor. He has so much knowledge, not only in the realtor side of things, but also has such a keen eye to see interior details. He can spot the shotty worksmanship, or see the potential of something that can be made into your own version of perfect. He has endured so many of my questions, and always gets back to me in a timely manner with the answers I seek. If he doesn’t know something, he hunts for the answer. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a realtor. He’s professional, but also fun; we love looking at real estate with him!

Kevin was very patient helping our son through the process of buying his first house. He was never pushy and went above and beyond at every stage. He even went as far as helping him find a place to store his things until he took possession of his place due to a timing issue. I feel confident that Kevin had his best interests at heart and took the time to answer all of our many questions. And we had many questions being we were out of province and it was our son's first place. We were also unfamiliar with how strata fees, guidelines, etc work for a condo purchase, and he helped us understand them. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend Kevin to anyone. He put the needs of our son above his own at every stage of the deal. If we ever buy in Kelowna again we would definitely use Kevin.
