He doesn't mess around-- whether urban or rural home is your goal-- he makes it happen. I would not have anyone else-- and he would have been my realtor to sell my Red Deer home had i know of Kevin Balicki then. My Sherwood Park condo purchase had many hitches due to my personal circumstances-- and all were foreseen and dealt with appropriately because of Kevin's knowledge and ability. From the shot-lists of contacts he recommended from brokers to lawyers, his knowledge was thorough and tailored to make my home-buying process expedient and successful. I needed extra help and as my realtor, Kevin 'held my hand' the whole way to seal the deal. I have seen acquaintances this year miss out on opportunities because they chose their realtor wrongly-- thinking they were choosing the 'best' realtor-- just because it was '"the realtor they always used" without actually investigating-- then they took low offers on their gorgeous homes due to following poor advice from their "trusted realtor." That won't happen with Kevin, he backs up his knowledge with careful investigation--as well as his long-term price point knowledge-- my home purchase price being an example of this-- where he had the hard copies to show me, so I could see and understand completely. Kudos to anyone signing up, as i have, under Team Balicki.
