Kerry was an important part in my settling into a new city. During a fluctuating housing market and a personally difficult time in my life she was able to get me the a great house at the right price. She was sensitive to my needs and because of her expertise in the guelph market I was able to not only buy a house I could a afford but one that worked perfectly for me and my aging mom. The negotiations were super easy and she gave great advice on how I could improve my house for future renovations. She has a great eye for that too. Thanks Kerry. I have my own garden to tinker in and my mom loves her new home to retire in. 🙂

Kerry helped my dad and I buy a property and also sell a property. I put out feelers for a real estate agent in 2019 and Kerry was the only one to respond to my request. She worked tirelessly to find the appropriate property (dad was very set on a particular location), prepared the location for a seamless move-in and also helped us find a good handyman to complete a few repairs to make the place well suited for my dad who is in his mid 80's. We then worked with Kerry in 2021 to sell his country property where he lived for more than 50 years. She produced an awesome collection of pictures and a well documented drone video that set the property in great light and extolled the benefits of living in a small village. It was super important to have someone committed and accommodating as I live over 3000 miles from my dad and where the property purchases/sales were taking place. A lot of the transactions and discussions were done remotely and the latter during COVID, Kerry set up everything around my busy work and travel schedules and 2hr time zone change. I know where I am going for my next property transaction!
