Kerry was an important part in my settling into a new city. During a fluctuating housing market and a personally difficult time in my life she was able to get me the a great house at the right price. She was sensitive to my needs and because of her expertise in the guelph market I was able to not only buy a house I could a afford but one that worked perfectly for me and my aging mom. The negotiations were super easy and she gave great advice on how I could improve my house for future renovations. She has a great eye for that too. Thanks Kerry. I have my own garden to tinker in and my mom loves her new home to retire in. 🙂

I met Kerry and Zack for the first tme a few days ago as they had come to give me a value on my house and although i had told them i was not sure about selling just now they were very helpful I found both of them to be very pleasant, informative, and had a good knowledge of the market They said to get in touch if i had any questins, they were not the least bit pushy, I would defnately reccomend them Sylvia Nelson
