Kent was a wonderful agent! We had the hard choice of selling our loved home due to unfortunate financial constraints. He came over to give us advice on what to touch up around the house to get top dollar, and what to leave that wasn’t as important. We were able to get above asking and he even negotiated a little higher for us. An offer was accepted within two days of listing! It made the sale so much less stressful for our family. When viewing houses it was a race to get in first to be able to view and put an offer. Kent would always accommodate us last minute and would never pressure us on any house only offer advice on how to make the house work for us, and an acceptable price to start with offering. He was also super knowledgeable on the infrastructure of a house and could point out deficiencies in the home right away. When our family finally agreed on a house to put an offer on a new home came available on the market right after that we decided was perfect for us. Kent was so supportive of our change of heart and helped us put the seller down gently. I’ve never felt more comfortable with a realtor and felt as though our family was in good hands the entire time!

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Kent. He was able to take my super stressful situation and make it less of a burden on me. He went above and beyond to help me and my girls find the perfect place for us. As someone who is very skeptical about realtors, he changed my mind completely.
