We were confident in choosing Ken to sell my Dad's home this year as we had used his services once before and we were watching the Cowichan Valley real estate market change and we knew we wanted to sell. Ken provided expert guidance and walked us through the whole process. We were able to sell in two days for more than asking and that's really the best case scenario for a seller. I think one of the most important features of a great realtor is someone who is intimately knowledgeable about the real estate market and that really showed when working with Ken. He knows the Cowichan Valley market, he sells houses, and he is extremely professional. We would highly recommend Ken!
