We were very impressed with Ken, from the initial contact to signing the offer. Ken was prompt, had all the information needed. Always kept us informed. He arranged a consultation with a house stager, also a professional photographer who took pictures, video and drone shots. He even created an awesome looking broucher which wasn't need since he sold the house a day after it was listed. During negotiations he gave us advice which resulted in a good result. I would highly recommend Ken to any of my friends or family. He has been in the business for a long time and is very trustworthy, looking out for his clients best interest. You can't ask for more than that when making the biggest sale or purchase of your life.

Ken is the best real estate agent you could ever have! He gave me sound advice throughout the buying and selling proces - even urging me NOT to buy one of the houses I was considering because it was overpriced and would need costly renovations. "We can do better" he said...and we did! When I was selling my home he encouraged me to list mid-March for a July 1 possession which really surprised me. He was RIGHT! Market inventory was low in mid-March and we sold for way over list price! His depth of knowledge and his vast experience in the real estate market is invaluable when you are purchasing and selling an item of this value!
