I never actually met Ken until after the house was sold. He managed all the details remotely and efficiently. I would definately recommend him to my friends and family for all their real estate needs.

Ken is a very nice man, a great agent and he has a lot of industry knowledge and expertise which benefitted our viewing of each property he showed. Before we knew it, we were making an offer on a home, which was our third purchase. Ken was professional, informative, courteous, timely and honestly, he was a pleasure to work with. He made us feel like were a priority. He guided us through the process, as we had never been in a multi-offer situation before. I was excited and nervous and he was calm, informative and quick to share news in the dealings with the other agent. With his help we made the successful offer and purchased the property. It was all stress-free, easy and very enjoyable from beginning to end. Ken went over & above to ask for a couple items that were of interest to me in the home, and he was so kind to surprise us with some celebratory bottles of adult beverages and a gift card waiting for us in the house when we got the keys. My sister and I were purchasing a home for our parents. When we first met Ken Didychuck, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Ken would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. We learned a lot along the way! Ken also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price that was not only fair but that we were comfortable with. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty and work ethic are much respected and appreciated. In the end we found the property that was perfect for our parents and they are loving it so far.
