We’ve worked with Kelly twice now, and I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else! She’s always available to answer questions with real answers, and really did the work to get us what we wanted.

This is now my 5th real estate transaction with Kelly.  I couldn't be happier with her services and how she handled everything.  Her professional services started before our condo was even listed.  She came through and started helping us with what to fix up, what we should and should not bother with. And after listing it she kept in touch with us all the time. It was an incredibly tough market that she worked really hard to get us through.  We were very well informed of everything that transpired. I always felt sorry when I talk to people and they had a real estate agent that listed the house and then you never saw or heard from them again. I recommend her to everyone who has been looking at selling or buying a property, and everyone that has used her has thanked me!! You will be delighted you decided to work with her.

Kelly helped us sell in a hopeless market. She provides a stager and a professional photographer as part of her service which, I think, were instrumental in the sale of our condo. Then, when we went to buy, she set us up on the computer for alerts on properties in the areas and price range we preferred. She set up viewing appointments quickly, was observant and informative during the viewings, and negotiated amazingly well when we found 'the one'. We have used Kelly 4 times now and would recommend her to anyone needing a great agent. Thanks again Kelly!!
