From the first conversation on the phone where we introduced ourselves and wanted to discuss our needs and a home we were inquiring about, Kelly was most helpful and patient with us. We live in Ontario and were wanting to discuss our situation of purchasing a home in Alberta for my mother and then also needing her home sold. As busy as Kelly is, she answered every question we had, she was always easily accessible, and very quick response time when waiting to here back. We had so many concerns as we are not physically there to look at some homes, but she went out of her way and drove out to the homes we were looking at she and walked us through and video face timed us so we can see and talk to her at the same time. She was never pushy, VERY friendly, patient, kind, reassuring, excellent communication skills. At all hours with the time difference she would answer any of our concerns and questions. When we didn't have contacts she was quick to offer a list of contacts, insurance companies, lawyers, inspectors etc. that we would need to deal with purchasing a home in Alberta. Right from the beginning to the end of the transactions of both the house purchase and sale of my moms home, we cannot say enough about Kelly and her work ethic and style. In selling my mothers property, it is a stressful situation, yet she always was calming, positive, confident and was excellent at negotiation regarding the sale price. Her team and stager Kim was so wonderful. My mom being a senior and widow was stressed and overwhelmed at times and Kelly was just so nice and kind and my mom just loved her. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her as an agent helping us. We are very grateful and can't say enough about her. We highly recommend Kelly Macdonald.
