I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to have Keith Bray assist me in purchasing a home and would recommend his service to anyone moving in the Ottawa Area. Keith has a great client-centric approach in which his dedication as my agent was visible throughout the whole process. He definitely met and exceeded my expectations. Regardless of the logistical challenges, Keith alleviated them with his patience, problem-solving skills, knowledgeability, and his great communication skills. Keith was very knowledgeable of the market which facilitated the purchasing of my home. During each viewing and discussion of properties, Keith was always authentic, detailed and transparent of the property as well as of the various neighbourhoods to ensure that I purchased the right home at a fair price and in the right neighbourhood. As a result, the outcome of his service resulted in the winning bid on a beautiful single detached home.

I haven’t purchased a home in almost 20 years, and Keith was exactly the right person to guide me through the process. He and his team did an amazing job at helping me to prepare my house for sale. He knows the neighborhood well and did a great job of connecting me to resources, eg a handyman and a real estate lawyer. He was great at communication every step of the way. He is a great guy and l appreciated his patience and calm demeanour as this process can be stressful. I have no qualms recommending him to anyone looking to buy and sell their homes!
