Since our search was during covid we didn't have daycare for our children and couldn't bring them into viewings with us. Keith graciously watched our kids outside while we viewed several homes, going far above and beyond what I would expect from any agent, and the kids loved him! He gave honest opinions on homes, even after we'd viewed more than 10, helping us to make an educated decision. Selling our home was fast and simple, the free staging service gave us great pointers on how to maximize the look of our home for a quick sale. The strategy of selling worked extremely well with more than 30 viewings before accepting offers and selling without 1.5 hours of opening to offers. I've already recommended Keith, Ryan and the team to others and would continue to recommend without reservation.
