Keith is very responsive and always quick to provide helpful answers. Being in Quebec, buying property in Ontario could have been complicated with too much travel. Keith has helped us to shortlist properties before every physical visit. He would call and create videos to share estate details and advice thoroughly. We absolutely cannot say enough great things about working with Keith. When selling our home, he and his team took the time and effort to prepare all the recommend information for pricing and listing. They put the blood, sweat, and (not actually) tears into staging our home and making us want to buy it all over again. He was on top of every aspect of the sale and responded to our endless questions instantly. Our home sold in record time and we could not have been happier with the outcome. On the buying side, Keith was just as amazing. He took the time to meet with us multiple times to listen to our hopes and dreams for our forever home. He researched all the listings within our desired area and sent recommendations whenever possible. He was incredibly flexible with our schedule when booking viewings and never made us feel rushed.
