Keith was extremely helpful with the preparation and sale of my Mother's home. His planning skills kept us on track when it seemed like an overwhelming endeavor. He works with an excellent team that staged and photographed the home to create a enticing online listing. He also helped us with small repairs! I feel that Keith was truly part of our team and this warmth and selling skills are a valuable combination. Keith was with us every step of the way as we prepared our Mother’s house for sale . When it comes to having a realtor that is detail oriented, hard working and has your best interest in mind, there is no one I could recommend more than Keith Johnston. My fiance and I had just started the home buying journey early this year when Keith took the initiative to reach out to us after we responded to an open house he was the listing agent for. Although the listing in question was sold before we could see it, Keith offered to help us find a different house. Over the next few months, Keith would send us listings that fit our specific criteria and would take us to the listings himself as we didnt have a car at the time. After a number of viewings we finally found the perfect house and while the buying process was a whirlwind time, Keith guided us through and did a fantastic job making it as stress free as possible. He helped us find a mortgage broker, lawyer, home inspector and an electrician when we realized we needed to do some electrical work on our future home.  The care, compassion and dedication Keith showed us during our home buying journey helped us tremendously and is why we’d recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new house.
