Keith really is amazing! We had the absolute best experience working with Keith. From the very beginning, he showed an incredible amount of patience and kindness. He was willing to show us every single house we asked to see even when they didn’t necessarily line up with our wish list and he always came prepared with answers to every question I had (and I had a lot!). If something wasn’t in the listing, he made sure to find out for us. He was very punctual, respectful, and always tried his best to make time for us, even on short notice. There was even a period when we had given up our search, but he continued looking on our behalf just in case—and that dedication really stood out. When we finally did find our home, he was always one step ahead, guiding us smoothly through the process. On a personal note, I can be a little hard to deal with at times not because I’m difficult, but because I’m neurodivergent. Keith never once made me feel like I was “too much” or asking too many questions. He met me with patience, understanding, and respect at every step. That empathy meant the world to me and made the experience so much less stressful. Beyond his professionalism, he’s genuinely kind, funny, and empathetic—making the entire journey enjoyable and supportive. His character and commitment go far beyond what you’d expect from a realtor. Keith was extremely helpful with the preparation and sale of my Mother's home. His planning skills kept us on track when it seemed like an overwhelming endeavor. He works with an excellent team that staged and photographed the home to create a enticing online listing. He also helped us with small repairs! I feel that Keith was truly part of our team and this warmth and selling skills are a valuable combination.
