If we could sum up our experience selling our house in one sentence, it would be “you get what you pay for!” We had tried our luck selling with a service where you pay less fees, and we learned fairly quickly what a mistake that was! Our house sat on the market for 5 months with zero results! When our contract was up, I knew who to call…Katherine! I had seen her ad in our community and called her out of complete desperation, feeling drained and hopeless. What followed was a two hour phone call and a meeting the very next day. Katherine was professional, honest and kind, and she came up with a concrete plan for us to sell our home. She knew exactly what to do, from staging and marketing, to negotiating a deal, we felt confident that if anyone could get it done, it would be her! And she did! We sold within a couple of weeks! Katherine has a great eye for detail and is a perfectionist, so you can be sure she’ll make your house look and feel as good as it can be. She’s also very well known within the industry and community, and has great communication skills, answering calls and addressing questions and concerns promptly and efficiently. Katherine is a superstar with the patience of a monk. She helped me find a new house that met all my needs. I am a very picky sob who “was nearly the death of her” yet she was always available regardless of the weird hour for messages or calls. Despite all the set backs and hurdles that needed to be overcome Katherine and her team got it all handled quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would recommend her and will use her in the future!

If real estate were a sport, Katherine would already have an Olympic gold. I bought my home with Katherine and let me just say: this woman deserves a medal for patience, intuition, and the ability to decode a French accent sprinkled with questionable house-hunting expressions like, “Une porte-patio en plein milieu d’la chambre… y’étaient ben saouls quand y’ont bâti ça!.” Katherine never missed a beat. She responded to every message (even the ones sent at odd hours like, “Do you think this backyard screams ‘vin rouge dans une piscine’?”), and she actually listened — to all my comments, valid or... slightly sarcastic. She could read my reactions before I even said anything — walking into a house and immediately saying, “Nope, I see your face. Suivant!” That kind of psychic ability should come with a cape. Even though she’s a supermom to a handsome son and escapes to the cottage now and then, she was fully present throughout the process. It honestly felt like I was her only client (which I definitely wasn’t, because who wouldn’t want Katherine as their realtor?). If you want someone who will not only find you a house, but make the whole experience hilarious, human, and deeply personalized — call Katherine. Bonus: she understands fluent “funky French idiom,” which is a rare and beautiful skill.

Katherine was my agent for the sale and purchase of my old property and my new home. Her energy and professionalism throughout the process was above and beyond. She made sure that all my interests were considered, and diligently represented them when dealing with all the different parties involved in the sale and purchase of properties. Her staging expertise and use of social media brought added value to the sale of my home. Due to her dedicating energy and time to prepare the home, it was sold within 72 hours with multiple offers and over asking. She also assisted in the purchase of my new build, and negotiated with the builder to get a substantially lower price and added incentives. The experience was beyond expectations, and she really provided confidence in the process. I highly recommend Katherine, and will use her in the future and recommend her to my family and friends.
