Katherine made it possible for us to be able to land the dream home that we wanted for our retirement. She set us up getting our house ready for sale, staged it and sold it the first weekend it was on the market. We can’t say enough about Katherine she’s just a true gem that we were fortunate enough to find. Even through the sickest of snowstorms surgeries and other setbacks people would normally be affected with, she raised above it all and made us our top priority in selling our home. If we could sum up our experience selling our house in one sentence, it would be “you get what you pay for!” We had tried our luck selling with a service where you pay less fees, and we learned fairly quickly what a mistake that was! Our house sat on the market for 5 months with zero results! When our contract was up, I knew who to call…Katherine! I had seen her ad in our community and called her out of complete desperation, feeling drained and hopeless. What followed was a two hour phone call and a meeting the very next day. She’s also very well known within the industry and community, and has great communication skills, answering calls and addressing questions and concerns promptly and efficiently. Katherine is a superstar with the patience of a monk. She helped me find a new house that met all my needs. I am a very picky sob who “was nearly the death of her” yet she was always available regardless of the weird hour for messages or calls. Despite all the set backs and hurdles that needed to be overcome Katherine and her team got it all handled quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would recommend her and will use her in the future!
