To say Katayoon and Derek went above and beyond would be a massive understatement. I wasn’t looking too seriously (or rather thought there was no way I could ever buy) and they met me to look at a property. The place wasn’t a fit but from that moment on, Katayoon made it her mission to find me a home and prove I could own. Katayoon was supportive, uplifting (I kept joking that she was my life coach), honest, kind and determined. The whole process was so well explained that the bank teller even remarked she had never seen a Real Estate Agent be so thorough and supportive with directions. Sitting in a place I was able to buy blows my mind every day. They were super invested in me realizing this dream from helping me measure the space, going out of their way to help me with fixing things and using their time to make sure I felt supported. All my friends and family were thoroughly impressed as well. I definitely won the human lottery!

Katayoon was fabulous as usual. I used her previously to buy a property in the Vancouver area and just completed the sale of that same property.
