I rarely write reviews, but it would have been a disservice to the real estate community not to share the awesome selling experience Kash provided when selling my home. Kash was the seller's agent when I bought the same house a few years ago, and I was very impressed with his professionalism, communication, negotiating skills, and honesty, so I contacted him when I decided to sell the house, and I couldn't be happier with the result; sold over asking in less than two weeks in what is probably a buyer's market. From start to finish, the complete selling experience was top-notch; the open house went smoothly and on schedule. I was especially impressed and liked the electronic scheduling, I had autonomy over the viewing schedule via my mobile phone. I was able to view, copy, download, and sign documents remotely, all electronically, with no need to leave my home and drive to a building. it was a very pleasant experience that I am willing to share with anyone needing additional details not mentioned here.
