As a first time home buyer, purchasing a home can be overwhelming and scary... at least that's what I expected. To my surprise Karolina made the entire process seamless and stress free. She navigated tough negotiations with expertise, professionalism, and was a fantastic advocate for my fiancée and I. I was most impressed with her level of organization and communication with us throughout the process. She was always communicating next steps and kept us on track throughout the purchase. Beyond her expertise she also surrounded us with professionals from our mortgage broker, lawyer, home inspector - you name it!
