Right from the start Karim was the agent for us. He was very in forthcoming with information and the steps that have be taken for the successful selling of our house. His truthfulness about our property was spot on and with his superb guidance our sale was done in a very timely manner. Above all else he is a very nice and honest person and we would definitely refer him to our friends and family

Karim was exceptional in helping us buy our first home. He was extremely honest, upfront, genuine and was able to guide us through each step with ease. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times no matter the day. As first time homes buyers we didn’t know all the questions to be asking but with Karim’s guidance, exceptional knowledge and experience we felt confident in him It is evident he cares greatly about his clients. I truly appreciated Karim’s flexibility and accommodation to meet with us as we don’t always have the easiest schedules to work around. The effort he put in to get us the home at the best price possible was exceptional. He was able to secure the deal in a timely manner and kept us updated through it all greatly minimizing our stress. Overall I could not recommend Karim Keshavjee enough, if I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Karim! You made our first ever home purchase one of the best experiences.
