He is a gentleman who truly looks out for the needs of his clients and has always gone above and beyond to look after me and my family. I have worked with him long enough to observe his keen negotiating skills without ever compromising his values and his commitment to serving all people with dignity and respect. No one knows the real estate business like Karim and his advice has always been precise and accurate. Karim has a big heart and takes a personal interest in assuring the process of buying or selling a home is done with care and professionalism and in the best interest of his clients.</p>

We had such a great experience dealing with Karim. He helped us price our home right and had great contacts ( painting ect) that helped get our house looking amazing. We left camping a day after it was listed on MLS and had an offer that evening. Blown away by our experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. Great to talk to, he’s up to date on what’s happening in the market and just an all around really nice guy.

He will take your suggested needs into consideration, then bring forth a detailed list, however if changes or slight modifications are required, he is more than happy to accommodate. Karim also points out areas where he feels you may have missed or could cause problems in the future. There are always concerns and issues that arise with regards to the sale/purchase of property, but Karim smoothed these wrinkles and took the burden upon himself. <p>We listed our condo in Edmonton with Karim Keshavjee and were in need of a relatively quick sale. We live in Calgary and needed someone we could trust to ensure a proper sale could be made. Karim was able to broker a deal within 48 hours. His suggestions for renovations and improvements, marketing strategy and connections paid off in spades as the deal came together extremely quickly. He took what could have been an extremely stressful situation and helped it to come together smoothly. We had previously worked with Karim to purchase the same property and were extremely happy with how he helped us with that transaction. He was able to recommend the services of a local lawyer that was able to do the transaction quickly as there was a very tight timeline on the deal. I would not hesitate to recommend Karim to any of my friends or family looking to buy or sell a property. He is professional, knows the market and is able to make deal happen.</p>
