Karen is a rock star. We had been trying to sell our acreage for 6 months with another realtor. The communication was terrible and he would not give advice or support. We switched over to Karen and it was a breath of fresh air. We had an offer in a very short time. She was supportive, communicated and gave us advice throughout the selling of our home and the buying of another house. Karen also demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of rural property sale. Karen, thank you so very much! I first found you on YouTube telling the good and bad of the city! I found that so helpful especially from coming from out of town not knowing the area. So, I called the your number on the screen and got to meet you first over the phone then in person. I appreciated the upfront and honest opinion you gave which is so authentic with you having lived in and around the surrounding areas most of your life! I cant say enough of how hard Karen works for you when looking for a property / home to purchase! I have not met a real estate representative that shows such supreme work ethic like she does! (And this isn’t my first Rodeo; trying to find a home to purchase, trust me!!!) Karen is a definite “go getter” keeping the persons best interest at heart! You are also so fantastic with understanding the urgency needed when time crunch is so very important!
