Mid September 2020, I was from out of province wanting to buy a property in Penticton, BC. Covid19 restrictions on the whole process and long distance safe travel made purchasing a house very demanding. My realtor was Karen Somerville, choosing Karen was an excellent decision, as she understood perfectly my goals. Karen is quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and knew how to proceed as I had very little time to buy the property and move. I first saw the house by doing a FaceTime call, with Karen, this was crucial to making an offer that day. Karen was very detailed in her explanation of what she saw and was showing me, both inside and outside. We spent a lot of time discussing the best aspects of the entire property and the not so positive details that would need repair. Karen’s expert knowledge of Penticton helped me to find all the professionals that I needed to make the purchase. Karen is a smart, proactive, responsible, honest, thoughtful, friendly, patient, hard working realtor. Karen is a true professional, the best in my opinion. I was sitting in my new house less than a month after my first phone call to Karen, that’s a record performance! Thank you very much Karen. I highly recommend Karen Somerville to anyone who is serious about buying or selling a property.

Karen Sommerville went out of her way to understanding our property needs and research the appropriate homes to view. She presents a very through Agreement of Purchase and Sale, which provided more than adequate protection for my wife and me
