Karen has done a fantastic job helping us to buy the property we wanted. She is patient, professional, always going above and beyond understanding her clients' needs. She is familiar with latest technology: we were buying a property far from our home and Karen has successfully organized online viewings for us saving us lots of time. Karen's knowledge of the area was indispensable for choosing the right neighborhood for us.

Karen is very personable, she gave us the feeling that she was watching out for our best interest. She seemed well rounded in her knowledge of what she does. When it came time to put an offer in she had some creative ideas that ended up really helping us. She put extra effort into the task of making the offer and we did have success in getting our offer accepted. I would consider her someone who is hard working and focused. She seems to be thinking of every detail and trying to see ahead for her client.

With our new condo vacant, she had it virtually staged professionally so buyers could envision what a great place it would be to live. She always went the extra 9 yards with all the Covid-19 restrictions in place. Her expertise in Social Media was truly appreciated.
