Karen is an experienced and strategic thinker, which will benefit the client regardless of role as buyer or seller. The team was also very supportive and helpful. Verbal communications can run long which may be a little frustrating or difficult for busy clients, but expressing your needs/preferences up front and maintaining this will be effective.</p>
