I've been working with Karen for over 6 years. She helped me purchase my first condo, and has helped me move up into my second place. Karen is extremely informative and is somehow able to negotiate things that I would have never thought of. I highly recommend Karen to anyone looking to purchase a house or condo.

Karen is the best realtor, hands down that we have ever dealt with. She knows the business inside out and is always there for you. We have dealt with other realtors in the past but now for twenty years whenever we needed one we hired her and I wouldn't have it any other way. Whether selling or buying she has always come through for us. Now we have had her find a house for our daughter and her partner and her patience was outstanding! She spent weekend after weekend showing them properties until finally finding one they were happy with and could afford. It took almost 5 months to find it and she was always upbeat and ready to go! Further her negotiating skills are superb! She recently sold a house for us and again we were totally happy. Anyone we have recommended her to has been very pleased as well.
