Karen was so helpful to me throughout the whole home buying process. She offered her expertise and advice as I was navigating being bought out of one property and purchasing another. She was proactive in sending me listings that fit my parameters and took me to see many properties before I found the perfect one. Once the offer was accepted, she kept in frequent contact, making sure I was kept up to date on what was going on. She recommended other professionals to assist me with every aspect of the purchase and this made the process much less daunting. I could not recommend her more highly.

In my efforts to find a new house to rent myself and my family, I had the privilege of having Karen's number and if I'm not mistaken, we had communicated for the first time on a Sunday. It was not a working day and yet Keran had accepted my call wholeheartedly. The same day she was already ready to show me different houses. To the number of aspects of his personality that caught my attention in this process I can mention, the choice of words she uses to talk to me about each house visited, the choice of questions she asks me to have a better understanding of my needs. His heart was present so that I could find a home not only for myself but also for my family (my maman) in particular I found the house I did not expect to have, a very beautiful house but, most importantly, I met a person whose heart is open and ready to help.
