I highly recommend Karen Houghton for your home purchase and/or sale. Karen is very professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to respond to all our questions and alleviate any concerns, guiding us through every step of the purchase and sale transaction. The promotion of our property exceeded our expectations. Staging was fabulous and the media, photos, listing and brochures were very high quality and showed our property in the best light, generating more interest and showings than we had anticipated. Karen is very personable and developed good relationships with other realtors, following up after showings to get timely feedback from potential buyers.
