Karen Keveryga guided us through the excitement and challenges of buying our first home and we are so happy to have her on our side. She put in many hours and much effort to find a home that's perfectly suited for us, and 2 years later we are still thrilled with our purchase and truly feel at home. She made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process and was there for all of the questions (and there were many) we had about buying our first home. We would recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy a home and are already looking forward to working with her again when the time comes!

I had the pleasure of working with Karen when I was looking for a house in Calgary, she was recommended by my relocation company. From the very first visit, she made my family and I feel very comfortable. She asked questions to determine what our interests, likes, dislikes were and she was extremely detail-orientated. She supported herself with facts and figures which always made it easier to determine value outside of the emotional aspect. The more time we spent together looking at house, the more familiar she became with our requirements and house we viewed started to represent what we were really looking for – and let me tell, we were not an easy family to deal with!!! Each person had some unique requirements. Karen was so in tune with my family, that she quickly sensed my daughter’s discomfort in one house that we viewed. During the time we spent together, Karen constantly kept me updated with new listings and each time we added a new community to our search she would scan all listings in that area. She was efficient, always well prepared for my questions and during viewings and very candid in her advice. We placed offers on two homes, both very different scenarios, and Karen sifted through each one with different strategies to ensure that she represented our best interests. I honestly believe that Karen is in this business because she is passionate about real estate and not just because it is a pay-cheque. Where other realtors stay away from showing their clients homes that are listed by discounted agents, Karen found one house right within our requirements that was listed by a discount agent but she did not hesitate in sending me the listing and setting up a showing. We fell in love with this house and I expressed concern about her fees to which she responded “that has nothing to do with you, I will negotiate my own fees with the seller.” In spite of this situation and this being the house we ended up buying, Karen’s service level never deteriorated throughout the buying process. I have no hesitance in recommending Karen as your next real estate professional – if I could use just three words to describe her, they would be passionate, empathetic, caring, efficient, friendly, adaptable, professional.................the list goes on, I cannot limit myself to just three words!!! Thank you Karen, for helping us find our lovely new home – I am sure we will enjoy it tremendously and I look forward to having coffee with you after we have settled in so that I can share with you our joys in our home.

We can't even begin to explain what a pleasure it's been to work with Karen Keveryga and her team for the sale of our home. Right from the initial consultation, up to possession date, she kept us fully informed with every little detail, and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of our options throughout the sale process. Her prior background in home staging really helped our place look immaculate for the listing photos (which were fantastic by the way!). Most Realtors are hesitant to do open houses as it's not the best use of their time. Not Karen! We had two open houses in the span of two weeks, one of which she coordinated with the seller of another unit in our complex. Three weeks after listing and nine showings later she was able to close a deal for us at FULL LIST PRICE! Whether you're buying or selling, Karen should definitely be a top consideration as your agent!

A huge thank you to Karen for all of her hard work and expertise in this competitive market. We sold our home February 2022 and couldn’t have been in better hands with Karen. If it wasn’t for her experienced expertise in this kind of market - we would not been able to handle all the competitive offers - as well as people trying to barge in to get showings when they had not booked! We have been blessed by how smooth and seamless the whole process has gone and we truly believe it wouldn’t have gone that way without Karen. I would recommend Karen a thousand times over! Her eye for detail is bar none and you will always be in good hands - whether buying or selling.

One day early February I decided to put my home on the market. It sold last week and last night all waivers from the purchaser were removed! Done!!!SOLD. Yay. Karen Keveryga is truly one amazing friend and realtor! One of Karens many talents is her staging background. She came in and told me if I want the price I was looking for I needed to do a few things to make my home stand out above the many that are on the market. I knew the housing inventory was high and buyers are few in this market right now. Karen's eye to have perfect pictures to market ones home to attract potential buyers proved to be once again a huge success. If one looks at any other realtors photos they market for their clients, one can spot a home professionally staged by Karen immediately. The proof is in the photos! When the buyers realtor sends a text saying how immaculate etc my home is it truly reflects my values. I can't express how much gratitude I have for my amazing realtor Karen. She removes friendship out of the equation and isall about business from start to finish , but I still get that added bonus of my beautiful friends advice. Karen once again, thank you so much. I am truly blessed to have such an amazing friend in you. And even more blessed to have the professional side of you as well. Now time to move on and start planning the next chapter of my life.
