It was the most amazing experience to work with Karen. Karen gave our family the opportunity to realize a dream to start our oldest son on the path of home owning. She was super knowledgeable of the market and consistently gave us opportunities and recommendations that meet our exact needs. Karen was always available for viewings or consult on various topics. She is an amazing negotiator and given the extremely tight market was able to totally surpass all our expectations. In addition to working with Karen she was able to recommend to us a number of high performing individuals and services that completely simplified our transaction. I honestly can not recommend Karen and her team enough it was the most amazing experience and we look forward to many years of opportunities to work together. How could you do anything but give Karen a 5 Star review. I didn't know Realtors like her existed! I feel like she has become a lifelong friend. She far exceeded our expectations in all areas and would highly, highly recommend her to any potential buyer or seller.
