I am writing this review to express my deepest gratitude for Karen Keveryga, who recently handled the sale of my mother’s home as part of an estate. Selling a family home under these circumstances is never easy, but Karen managed the entire process with extraordinary grace, kindness, and professional expertise. She is a truly capable advisor, but what defines her is her exceptional character. Her dedication didn't end when the papers were signed; in fact, she went above and beyond when she had absolutely no obligation to do so. Two to three weeks after the house had already closed, I realized some personal items had been left behind. Despite the sale being finalized and her job being complete, she drove 45 minutes across town in very poor weather just to meet me at the property so I could retrieve them. Furthermore, she took it upon herself to coordinate with the new owner to help me secure an additional item I wanted—a task that was entirely outside her responsibility. It is rare to find a professional who is as polite, considerate, and polished as she is, while also possessing such a high level of integrity. If you are looking for an agent who is not only a master of her craft but also a wonderful, selfless person, I cannot recommend Karen highly enough.

Karen and her team go above and beyond. In 2021, while living out of province, we trusted Karen completely to help us buy a place for our son for school—and she delivered the perfect fit, all handled remotely by video. She earned our trust from day one. Five years later, when it was time to sell, Karen once again exceeded expectations. She sold our unit quickly and even coordinated trusted companies to support our out‑of‑province move. We can’t thank Karen and her team enough. If we ever buy in Calgary again, they’ll be our first call. Highly recommended.

We had an outstanding experience working with Karen and Bailey while selling our home in Calgary from Germany. Managing a property from overseas can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and worry-free. They regularly checked in on the property (they even shoveled snow), and proactively let us know whenever something required attention. Karen and Bailey toured us around to several homes in order to help us to find our perfect home. Karen's wealth of knowledge and experience helped us quickly prepare our home for sale, and we received multiple offers within 24 hours of listing- all during a slower fall selling season!
