We had an outstanding experience working with Karen and Bailey while selling our home in Calgary from Germany. Managing a property from overseas can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and worry-free. They regularly checked in on the property (they even shoveled snow), and proactively let us know whenever something required attention. Communication was excellent — they kept us consistently informed and up to date at every stage of the sale, despite the time difference. What really stood out was Karen's initiative and professionalism. She followed up with the lawyers and the buyer’s realtor without ever needing to be prompted, ensuring nothing slipped through the cracks. She was always available, responsive, and reassuring, which gave us complete confidence throughout the process. This is the second time that we have worked with Karen to find a new home. Both Bailey and Karen were such tremendous help as we navigated through searching for a new home, negotiating a great deal, and supporting us post-inspection as well. Karen and Bailey toured us around to several homes in order to help us to find our perfect home. Karen's wealth of knowledge and experience helped us quickly prepare our home for sale, and we received multiple offers within 24 hours of listing- all during a slower fall selling season! Karen is an incredible Realtor. I recommend her to anyone who’s even curious about finding a new home. Karen goes beyond getting a transaction, she was a true partner through the whole process. She was available for questions, she offered solutions, she gives great pep talks and she found a home for us we would have never without her expertise. After contemplating selling our home for over 2 years, we decided to forge ahead in June 2025. We had a lot to get done before listing but with the help of Karen and Bailey we pulled it off. They staged our home beautifully, almost to the point of thinking we should stay!
