We had a tremendous experience working with Kamil and his team for both a sale, and a purchase. We have sold many homes over the years, and this may well be the first time we have felt truly represented. Kamil not only helped us present our home in the best possible light, but negotiated diligently to ensure an excellent outcome in our favour. He was an outstanding advocate for us. When it came to our purchase...he was endlessly patient, as we explored options, changed our minds, made offers, totally altered our search parameters and as we dragged him around to many 'duds' until we found the right home for us. He offered incredibly helpful insights on properties and we felt completely confident in his representation for us in negotiating a purchase when we finally found the right home. We would not hesitate to recommend Kamil to family, friends and colleagues (and in fact, already have!)

I cant say enough how helpful Kamil Lalji was. Kamil was professional on point and had me an offer in about 3 or 4 days. I was in Calgary for about a week and with his help I was able to settle the estate for my late Uncle. On a personal note he is a very nice respectful individual and i would gladly do business with again.
