Kam delivered on his promise and then some! We got top dollar on our house inside of following the strategic plan he created for us from start to finish. Set us up with a cleaner and staging that brought our house to a new level for being selling ready. At the same time we found a perfect house under his guidance and support and were able to have a seamless sale and purchase experience. It could not have gone more smoothly and in our best favour.
