Mr. Dhaliwal and his team were very professional in his conduct. He did a wonderful job of keeping us up to date on the overall market trend, as well as the trend in our neighbourhood regularly. He made us aware of how our home compared with the homes on sale in our neighbourhood, and the homes that buyers who viewed our home were also looking at or bought. He gave us feedback from potential buyers soon after each showing. He was always just a text or call away and does his best to answer any questions or give advice. I am also using him to purchase the next house. I would recommend Mr. Dhaliwal and his expertise.

It's was a fairly good experience, and I learned a lot about the current housing market. Based on their expertise regarding both buying and selling. Kam was always available for whenever we called.

Kam Dhaliwal and Cindy Dhaliwal were an amazing team! They were so helpful and put us at ease with the whole process of selling our home. They gave us feedback from each showing we had within 24 hours . We also had multiple showings each, which was very encouraging. We had our house listed for 3 months with a Remax agent. We got no feedback from him, unless I called and there were very few showings. I would strongly recommend Kam & Cindy Dhaliwal team (Real Broker) to sell your property.
