Although we started out strangers, I believe we have become friends. It was with a little bit of serendipity that Kale ended up looking after me and I have to say he did not disappoint in any way. Through this whole process he was on top of everything. That included hand-holding, phone calls to calm the nerves and his unwavering belief that my dream home was just one view away. And it was. He is the consummate professional and he will go far. That he has a great sense of humour and the ability to make you feel totally comfortable is also a testament to his character. His skill in negotiating the terms of the sale were inspired. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Kale to friends and family and if I ever find myself shopping in the real estate market again, he will be my first call. Job well done, Kale. You definitely want to go with Kale he went above and beyond. I was living in the lower mainland and was only able to go up once. I flew to Kelowna and Kale picked me up from the airport. Took me to all my appointments. Refer me to a loan's manager, a lawyer and took time out of his busy schedule to do the walk through for me. I highly recommend him for your realtor.
