Kait has gone above and beyond to sell our home. Once our house was ready for sale, which she walked us through on what needed to be ready and cleaned, she had put a very wonderful video on social media, as well as listed it with amazing pictures, that had people lined up for viewing. I can't say enough about how amazing she scheduled everything to give us the least amount of stress, and got us beyond asking price. Just very grateful and highly recommend her.
