Excellent realtor! She happily took my husband and I on many different showing, and later did the same for my mother when she was looking for very specific criteria in a condo. She was so patient with us from the time we slowly started looking all the way until we bought. She helped us refine what we were looking for, and she was so great following up with sellers when we had questions (even if it was something we only mentioned in passing). She also helped us negotiate an excellent deal on our place! When we did end up buying, she also had well considered list of people she recommended for any inspections or work we needed done on our place. We truely love our home!

Kait sold our Duplex in Mahogany in sort order for above asking and very painlessly. We then rented for a year and decided to look for a condo.
