When I was looking for an efficient, prompt realtor to sell my Alberta property I reached out to to Justin and team for a market valuation - he was the quickest of the few I was in correspondence with and made me feel at ease with no loose ends - Justin made a daunting task stress-free (This can be a difficult task as a realtor)

From start to finish, we have been hunting on a new home for 3 months. Justin kept us up to date with options and availability. With market swings and availability it took a bit for us to land on a home. He stayed in Contact and helped us with conditions, board approval and contractors. Everything moved quickly with his assistance. We are glad he was with all the way as we finalized our purchase.
