Justin was the perfect choice for our first property purchase. Unfortunately we had been priced out of the acreage/farm market for the time being. After discussing options at length with Justin we decided on purchasing an investment condo in NW Calgary based on his vast knowledge and level of expertise in the overall market and especially investment purchases. Justin went above and beyond to make sure we secured a great investment at the right price, in the right neighborhood and even discussed the future equity values we could see by doing some inexpensive renovations. He put in the hours to have our offer accepted after much back and forth negotiation with the selling agent and secured a signed offer after midnight to firm up the deal. The whole process was extremely transparent and Justin was very easy to work with ensuring we knew how everything worked every step of the way. Very happy we chose to work with Justin for our first purchase and look forward to working with him again in the future!

Justin is a very energetic and driven professional who works hard to make the process easy and straightforward for his clients. He and his team are fantastic at maximizing exposure, providing suggestions to increase interest, and deal to maximize your value. His communication is in no way lacking and you feel like you are always current on your property’s status without having to be involved in all of the work behind the scenes. Would certainly hire Justin again and recommend to anyone requiring realtor services.

He explains us very well about his operations as a Realtor. He is respectful and straightforward in his communication. He worked with us at every step and helped us with any questions or concerns we may have on the way. Whenever we called him or texted him, he always answered our call when he can, if not then at least replied with a text and later calls us back when he is available. This is a big thing for us. It’s very important to build trust as a realtor, and we confirm that Justin accomplished that level of trust with us.

Justin was very knowledgeable about the home buying process and able to answer our questions (there were a lot as it was our first time buying a home) with detail! We felt really well supported throughout the entire process and even after possession. His negotiation knowledge was right on the money. We wouldn’t have been able to find a house we loved as much as quickly without him!
